Elect Chad Stall to WCPSS District 6
I am a father, business owner, and product of public education.
It is time to elect Board members willing to listen to parents and students to improve the trajectory of WCPSS.
I am happy to announce I am running for Wake County School Board, District 6. I am a father, husband, small business owner, and a product of public education. Educational leadership is in my blood. I come from a family of educators and school board members. My mother is a retired public school teacher in North Carolina, and my father served on the School Board in South Carolina. My great grandfather R.B Stall served as a School Board member in SC for forty years. The importance of a quality public education, and the importance of delivering that product to children is a family tradition. I am running for this seat because I am concerned for my child’s future, and for the future of every child in Wake County. I will focus on the classroom first. Improving the academic quality, by making sure we fund each classroom appropriately.
As a member of our School board, I will address quality of life concerns for our teachers, investing more in our cafeterias and transportation, and protecting our students and teachers from being used to fund third party interests. As your representative, I will also work to repair the parent/school system relationship because that relationship matters.
WCPSS is being used to introduce social ideology above academics, and this focus is failing. This effort has resulted in lost learning and a lowering of the academic bar. As a result, students are struggling in school and in life. Students want to learn, and teachers want to teach.
